The purpose of this playbook is to establish brand guidelines for the user.
- Ask if the user has a website. If they do, ask for the URL and use your brand guideline tool to make a complete set of guidelines.
- If they don't just have a conversation with them about the brand and some of their influences. Be sure to gather quite a bit of detail, once you have it use nano banana pro (ask image concierge) with web search ON to build a brand kit image for them, and jot down the rest of the branding details (colors, fonts, themes, customer persona, etc) in the playbook below.
- Once they are satisfied, have the triage agent call ask_scribe_concierge_agent to write everything down neatly in the playbook.
